His first haircut

It had to be done... and I won't lie- I was terrified nervous.  And Zac wasn't too sure about the situation either... he sat in the firetruck chair and didn't know what to think- and then the blue cape was put on him and he was NOT pleased.  The lady ended up doing a really great job, but she was SO slow- which was really obnoxious because Zac yelled almost the entire time.  Thankfully the end result was really nice- so I can't complain too much.  I think Zac was just pleased to have the hair out of his eyes (without the help of a ponytail).

First haircuts are always an experience. Next time, take a spare t- shirt so that he doesn't have to wear the cape if it freaks him out.
And bring a toy to keep him distracted. At my salons, we use toys, DVDs, video games, etc. to keep kids distracted, happy and still.
